The Vaila Kennel was established in 1962 and was based on Riverhill and Lydwell Lines. Our foundation bitch was
the lovely tricolour Black Opal of Lydwell who delighted us by winning the resCC at Manchester Ch Show in 1964,

The kennel is well known for specialising in tricolours and has produced many Stud Dog Book Number Winners.
The Vaila dogs were always bred for good movement and conformation.
Our two best known dogs were the tricolour dog Vaila Easter Advocaat (photo above) - 1 CC + 1 resCC and BIS NCSSC 1971
- and the beautiful blue merle dog Vaila Blue Sparkling Hock (photo above).

The highlight of my judging career was judging Dogs at Crufts in 1994 when my Dog CC -
Ch Rowancrest Regality went reserve in the Working Group under Mr
Albert Wight (Sharval)

I no longer breed and have no dogs for sale.
